We work with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, which cooperate with local couriers. This allows us to deliver directly to your home, and we are proud to offer a flat-rate shipping fee.

Our delivery time is typically 10–20 days; however, please expect delivery to take 3–4 weeks due to the COVID-19 situation. We ship your order and provide a tracking number within 24 hours. Please note that the shipping companies and government authorities determine when your order is delivered.

You will be charged once your order is placed. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipment and may take several days to process. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.

We begin processing your order immediately; therefore, no changes (including address changes) can be made after the order is placed. We ship only to the address provided at checkout. You will be charged only for items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

We ship on business days only and do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates due to differing production partner locations.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees may be charged once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. sorbaya.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any incurred import taxes and return shipping costs.

Lost / Stolen / Damaged Packages

sorbaya.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report the issue and/or file a claim with the respective shipping carrier.

Note: We use the timestamp information from the tracking link and the carrier’s delivery confirmation when reviewing damage or return claims. Claims may not be honored if they are not reported promptly.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct before placing an order. We begin processing orders immediately, so changes cannot be made after an order is placed. If the order has already been processed by our shipping department, we are unable to retrieve it to change the address.
