Return Policy
The Company does not accept returns or issue refunds for products once the product has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If a product or service offered on the Company’s websites does not match its description, you may return the item in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after order confirmation. The goods must be unused and in perfect condition.

Return Packaging
Returned items must be sent in their original packaging or with appropriate protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
Return Instructions

Right of Cancellation
Consumers may cancel their order within 24 hours after order confirmation, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the merchant has not yet processed the order, cancellation may be made within the specified time frame.
Returns Caused by the Consumer
If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact cost depends on the shipping carrier selected by the consumer.
Returns Due to Our Error
If the return is due to our error (such as damaged or incorrect items), the consumer will not be responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the shipping costs incurred as a result of our mistake.
Order Processing Time
The merchant will process and ship orders within 2–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders involving special requirements or customized products may require additional processing time. The exact shipping time will be provided in the order confirmation.
Order Cancellation
If the consumer wishes to cancel the order before shipment and does so within the cancellation period specified by the merchant (generally within 24 hours after placing the order), the consumer has the right to cancel the order without additional charges. If the cancellation request is submitted after processing or shipment has begun, the consumer may be responsible for incurred costs or shipping fees.
